In 2015, the mass mobilization committees at all levels deployed and advised the Party Committees on effective mass mobilization solutions to contribute to the completion of the province's political tasks. Mass mobilization work focused on mobilizing people to participate in political reports and emulation movements to contribute to the success of the Party Congresses at all levels for the 2015-2020 term.

The government's mass mobilization work continues to be effectively implemented, focusing on reforming administrative procedures, dialogue with the people, improving the investment and business environment, maintaining good implementation of grassroots democracy regulations; especially focusing on resolving complaints and denunciations, reaching a rate of over 96%.

Comrade Nguyen Manh Khoi - Deputy Head of the Standing Committee, Provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Commission presented the summary of mass mobilization work in 2015; directions and tasks for 2016.

The emulation movement of skillful mass mobilization at all levels is becoming more and more practical and effective. During the year, the whole province built 2,500 models and typical examples of "Skillful Mass Mobilization". All district-level units organized voting, honored and commended typical examples of skillful mass mobilization.

The provincial level organized the Emulation Congress of the Mass Mobilization sector for the period 2010-2015 and commended 162 typical examples of "Skilled Mass Mobilization". Up to now, at the provincial level, 21/21 districts, cities, towns; 480/480 communes, wards, and towns have established the Steering Committee for the emulation movement "Skilled Mass Mobilization" and regularly deployed activities.

With those results, in 2015, the Provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Committee completed 100% of its targets and plans, and was classified by the Central Party Committee, Party committees, and authorities as having excellently completed its tasks.

Comrade Nguyen Huu Sang - Deputy Secretary of the District Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Committee of Anh Son district presented a speech on government mass mobilization work.

In 2016, the provincial Mass Mobilization Department set the goal of continuing to improve the quality and effectiveness of advising the Party Committee on mass mobilization work, actively contributing to the implementation of the Resolution of the 12th National Party Congress and the Resolution of the 18th Provincial Party Congress; promoting the patriotic emulation movement, especially the "Skillful Mass Mobilization" emulation movement; building the great national unity bloc, strengthening the flesh-and-blood relationship between the Party and the people.

Speaking at the conference, comrade Nguyen Xuan Son acknowledged and evaluated the results of the mass mobilization work carried out in 2015. Regarding the tasks in 2016, the Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee emphasized: "Mass mobilization cadres must thoroughly grasp the Resolution of the 12th National Party Congress and the Resolution of the 18th Provincial Party Congress to further perfect the mass mobilization work program."
