Auctioned assets: Concession of exploitation rights for passenger transport services by taxi at Vinh International Airport for a period of 01 (one) year from August 1, 2018 to July 30, 2019, specifically:

* Position 01: 01 right to board at the passenger pick-up position south of the domestic arrival terminal. Starting auction price: 45,000,000 VND/right to board at the passenger pick-up position/month.

* Position 02: 01 right to board at the passenger pick-up position south of the domestic arrival terminal (after position 01). Starting auction price: 45,000,000 VND/right to board at the passenger pick-up position/month.
