1.2 Location of Thanh Hoa car parking lot No. 01, No. 02: at the North hall of the domestic passenger terminal of Vinh International Airport.

- Invitation to participate documents are issued from: 8:00 a.m. on August 29, 2023 to before 4:00 p.m. on September 7, 2023;

- Application fee: 500,000 VND (Five hundred thousand Dong).

2.2. Site survey: From 8:00 a.m. on August 29, 2023 to before 4:00 p.m. on September 7, 2023;

2.3. Application submission deadline: Before 9:00 a.m. on September 8, 2023;

2.4. Time to open application: 9:10 a.m., September 8, 2023;

2.5. Announcement of results of dossier evaluation, notice of invitation to participate in auction expected: September 11, 2023.

3.1. Estimated auction time: 9:00 a.m. September 13, 2023.

3.2. Auction location: Vinh International Airport Hall, Nghi Lien Commune, Vinh City, Nghe An Province.
