In an interview with The Washington Post, President Trump said he was waiting for a full report on the clash, adding, “That will be determined. I probably won’t have the meeting.”
President Trump's statement was made after three Ukrainian naval vessels were captured by Russia on charges of "illegally violating Russian territorial waters near the Crimean peninsula" on November 25.
