Warning the head of the district party committee for using fake diploma
In addition to being disciplined with a Party warning, Mr. Vo Hoang Huynh - Head of the Organization Board of the Giong Rieng District Party Committee (Kien Giang) may also be disciplined by the government and not allowed to continue holding his position.
On May 14, Mr. Do Tran Thinh - Deputy Head of the Inspection Committee of Kien Giang Provincial Party Committee - said that this agency had issued a Party disciplinary warning to Mr. Vo Hoang Huynh - Head of the Organization Committee of Giong Rieng District Party Committee.

Previously, from a party member's complaint, the Kien Giang Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Committee investigated and determined that Mr. Huynh used an illegal high school diploma.
Mr. Thinh added that he is currently asking Mr. Huynh to voluntarily resign from his position as a member of the Standing Committee of the District Party Committee for the 2015-2020 term and from his position as Head of the District Party Committee's Organization Board due to his lack of exemplary conduct and honesty in using his qualifications, affecting the reputation of the local Party Committee.
