Coast Guard seizes ship containing 25,000 liters of oil without invoices or documents
An unregistered oil tanker carrying about 25,000 liters of FO oil was arrested by a working group of the Coast Guard Region 1 Command in the Cua Dua area, Ha Long City, Quang Ninh on the morning of January 20.

Due to many suspicious signs, the authorities temporarily stopped the train for inspection. At this time, tThere were two people on board, Mr. Pham Van Dung (60 years old, residing in Quynh Thai commune, Quynh Phu district, Thai Binh) was the captain.
During the inspection, Mr. Dung could not present documents proving the legal origin of the entire amount of oil and admitted to purchasing this amount of oil from a cargo ship with an unknown serial number in the Cua Dua area.
When the ship was returning to Ha Long fishing port for sale, it was discovered.
Currently, the authorities have drawn up a record and decided to temporarily detain the vehicle and goods on board for further investigation.
