At 4:47 a.m. on January 5, Working Group No. 1 - Dien Chau Traffic Police Station under the Traffic Police Department of Nghe An Province Police was performing patrolling and controlling duties to ensure traffic order and safety on the Vinh City bypass when they discovered Mr. Pham Hong Nguyen (born in 1983), residing in Hung My Commune, Hung Nguyen District, holding his young child running on the road in cold weather, asking the Working Group for help to take the child to the hospital for emergency treatment.

At that time, Pham Hong Vu (born in 2020) had a very high fever and had convulsions and turned purple.
Determining that this was a very dangerous situation for the child's health, the Task Force immediately used a specialized traffic police car to urgently take the child to the Nghe An Obstetrics and Pediatrics Hospital for emergency treatment. Initially, the doctor diagnosed V. with pneumonia and anemia.
Thanks to being discovered and taken to the emergency room in time, the child is now out of danger and his health is stable again.
