In recent times, the youth of Dien Chau district has been one of the units with many creative and flexible features in the fight against fake, toxic information and protecting the Party's ideological foundation in cyberspace.

The local youth force is a group of intelligent and brave people who effectively use and manage 67 social networking sites from the district to the grassroots level. Through these social networking sites, thousands of meaningful articles have been shared to improve the ability to recognize and prevent fake and harmful information for cadres, youth union members and people inside and outside the district. Pioneering in this activity, the district-level Young Theory Club with 20 members has also had many sensitive and practical activities.

That achievement is partly due to the management, direction and direct implementation of the District Youth Union Secretary, Chairman of the Vietnam Youth Union of Dien Chau district, Ngo Thanh Cong (born in 1989).

He is also an important contact point to join the District Young Physicians Club in calling for and mobilizing coordination with doctors and medical staff who are children of Dien Chau district studying and working at Hanoi Medical University to connect socialized resources and human resources to implement many free medical examination and medicine distribution programs for people in the district.

In 2021 and 2022 alone, these programs have organized medical examinations, consultations, and free medicine distribution for more than 2,500 people in difficult circumstances, lonely elderly people, children, and women in the district. The program brought modern equipment for cancer screening, electrocardiogram, electroencephalogram, eye examination, ear, nose, and throat... and dozens of volunteers with a total mobilization budget of more than 1 billion VND. The activity has created a spread and has been recognized by the people and authorities at all levels, and this will be an annual activity.

Aiming at the youth workers in companies, factories and enterprises in the district, he accompanied the Youth Unions of communes and towns in coordination with the District Vocational Education - Continuing Education Center to provide vocational training for 172 youths; coordinated with labor export consulting companies to organize labor export consulting for 675 youths; coordinated with companies and enterprises in the area to create jobs for 570 youth union members. Youth Union - Association organizations at all levels have supported 38 poor and near-poor youth households to escape poverty.

And there are many youth projects contributing to the construction of new rural areas, making the appearance of the countryside more and more prosperous. After his tireless efforts, he won the Ly Tu Trong provincial award in 2021 and received many certificates of merit from the central to local levels.

As for the District Youth Union Secretary, Chairman of the Vietnam Youth Union of Thanh Chuong District, Nguyen Tu Hai Phong (born in 1990), he is also an extremely prominent factor in the Youth Union movement of Nghe An youth.

What is special about him is his passion for connecting and building children's playgrounds and housing for the poor through transparent and effective socialization. In the past 3 years alone, under his advocacy and connection, dozens of children's playgrounds, red scarf houses and "friendly toilets" have been donated in the area.

Circumstances like Pham Van Thanh - 7A student of Thanh Tung Secondary School; Nguyen Minh Cuong - 6C student of Vo Liet Secondary School... or Mrs. Nguyen Thi Sau - An Hoa Village, Thanh An Commune; Mrs. Tran Thi Sen - Trung Long Village, Thanh Linh Commune... are all in difficult circumstances and have donated 50 - 60 million VND to build warm houses. "Friendly toilets" to students of Kim Lam Primary School with a total cost of 100 million VND are also meaningful gifts for teachers and students here.

As Chairman of the Vietnam Youth Union of Thanh Chuong district, he directly directed the establishment of the live blood bank club and was also one of the club's active members who had donated blood many times to save lives.

The club, consisting of nearly 100 members who are youth union members, has donated thousands of units of blood over the years to promptly help many patients overcome critical conditions and regain their lives at Thanh Chuong District General Hospital.

And many other programs such as "Winter Volunteer", "Spring Volunteer", "March Border Month", "Summer Youth Volunteer Campaign" that he directly accompanied with the association's bases to implement have been widely spread, bringing extremely positive social effects.

For example, in the recent "Warm Winter - Volunteer Spring" program, the youth of the whole district presented 1,000 gifts with a total value of 1 billion VND to policy families, former Youth Volunteers, families in difficult circumstances, lonely elderly people, and students in difficult circumstances who strive to study well.

Every year, he directly directed the implementation of meaningful activities such as "Youth journey to the border marker" and the flag-raising ceremony "I love my Fatherland" at marker 460, Thanh Thuy commune; Visiting and congratulating officers and soldiers working at Ngoc Lam Border Guard Station, Thanh Thuy; Donating a clean water filtration system and 1,000 notebooks to students of Kim Lam Secondary School, Thanh Son commune; Donating a border medicine cabinet to Phuc Son Border Guard Station...

It can be affirmed that, with their positive contributions, the two officials of the Nghe An Youth Union have truly spread the messages of "living beautifully", with enthusiasm towards the community, contributing to building the homeland and the country.
