2 year old child drowned while playing in the stream
(Baonghean.vn) - While playing at the stream with two other children, a 2-year-old child in Que Phong district was swept away by the water.
On the morning of November 12, information from Mr. Vo Khanh Toan - Chairman of Tien Phong Commune People's Committee, Que Phong District said that an incident had just occurred in the area.drowningheartbreaking. The victim was a 2 year old child.
Accordingly, at around 12 noon on November 11, HTK (born in 2020), residing in Pieng Cu village, Tien Phong commune, went to the stream to play with two other children. While playing by the stream, K slipped and fell into the stream and was swept away by the water.

Upon receiving the news, the Tien Phong commune authorities mobilized forces and people from Pieng Cu village to search along the stream. After more than 3 hours, K.'s body was found about 700m from the drowning location.
K.'s body has been handed over to his family for burial according to local customs.
