Revenue from import-export activities: 1,697.2 billion VND, reaching 99.8% of the estimate, equal to 108.1% over the same period in 2018.

Revenue from Central State-owned Enterprises: 721 billion VND, reaching 106.9% of the estimate, up 5.2% over the same period;

Revenue from local state-owned enterprises: VND 124.9 billion, reaching 100% of the estimate, up 8.8% over the same period;

Revenue from the non-state industrial, commercial and service sector was VND 4,695 billion, reaching 104.6% of the estimate, up 8.6% over the same period;

Registration fee was 976 billion VND, reaching 131.9% of the estimate, up 24.7% over the same period;

Non-agricultural land use tax was 41.6 billion VND, reaching 104% of the estimate, equal to 102% compared to the same period;

Personal income tax: VND 585.7 billion, reaching 116% of the estimate, up 13.5% over the same period;

Environmental protection tax was VND 1,955 billion, reaching 121.4% of the estimate, up 68.7% over the same period;

Fees and charges collected were VND 263 billion, reaching 103.3% of the estimate, up 6% over the same period;

Land use fee collection was 3,925.7 billion VND, reaching 166.3% of the estimate and equal to 12.5% ​​over the same period;

Land and water surface rental revenue was 342 billion VND, reaching 142.5% of the estimate and increasing 18.9% over the same period;

Revenue from mineral exploitation rights was 238 billion VND, reaching 148.9% of the estimate and increasing 37.9% over the same period;

Other budget revenue was 357.7 billion VND, reaching 132.5% of the estimate, equal to 102.2% over the same period;

Revenue from public assets and public land fund was 58 billion VND, reaching 145.3% of the estimate, equal to 86.1% over the same period;
