Details of the Traditional Sports Tournament of the Party Committee of the Provincial Agencies of Nghe An
(Baonghean.vn) - On the morning of August 8, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee of the Provincial Agencies Bloc organized a ceremony to draw lots and schedule sports competitions to celebrate the 65th anniversary of the founding of the Provincial Party Committee of the Provincial Agencies Bloc (September 22, 1954 - September 22, 2019).
Comrade Chu Ba Long - Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Head of the Organizing Committee chaired the ceremony.
This year's sports tournament has 2 events including Men's Football and Badminton with 458 athletes registered to participate. The tournament is scheduled to be held from August 16 to 24, 2019.
In men's football, there are 23 teams participating, including 4 teams combining from 2 units. In badminton, there are 68 pairs of athletes competing in men's doubles, women's doubles, mixed doubles in the age groups under 31, 31 - 40, 41 - 50 and over 50.

In badminton, for groups with 6 or more pairs of athletes competing in the group stage, the next round will be a knockout round to determine the ranking. Groups with 3 - 5 pairs of athletes will compete in a round robin to determine the ranking.

Group B has 4 teams: Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs; Department of Science and Technology; Department of Justice - Department of Home Affairs; Department of Planning and Investment.
Group C has 3 teams: State Treasury of Nghe An province; Provincial Social Insurance; Department of Construction.
Group D has 3 teams: Provincial Procuracy - Court; Department of Agriculture and Rural Development; Department of Natural Resources and Environment.
Group E has 3 teams: Tax Department; Ban Ve Hydropower Company; Department of Health.
Group F has 3 teams: Department of Transport; Market Management Department; Civil Judgment Enforcement Department.
Group G has 3 teams: Department of Finance - Provincial People's Committee Office; Ethnic Minority Committee; Provincial Youth Union.
BADMINTON COMPETITION CONTENT:
1. Men's leader pair: Round robin competition.
2. Women's doubles under 31 years old: Round robin.
3. Women's pairs from 31 to 40 years old: Play 1 round robin.
4. Men's and women's doubles under 31 years old: 1 round robin.
5. Men's and women's pairs from 41 to 50 years old: 1 round robin competition.
6. Men's doubles under 31 years old: (4 groups, each group has 3 teams)
