Detailed results of the second week of the contest "Learning about Administrative Reform of Nghe An province" in 2023

1- Contest results:

- The second week of exams had 276,804 exams, a decrease of 107,552 exams (the first week had 384,356 exams).

According to the explanation of the Organizing Committee, the reason for the reduction is because the Organizing Committee and the technical department in charge of the exam software have corrected, reviewed, and eliminated the number of exam turns of those who used tricks, techniques, and information technology tools to impact the software to automatically take the exam in order to increase the number of turns, without actually taking the exam.

- In the second week of the contest, 221/224 units and localities had people participating in the contest (98.7%); 108,216 contestants answered all questions correctly (39%).

According to the Organizing Committee's assessment, in the second week of the competition, some units performed well, had a high number of participants, and many exams, typically including:

- Provincial-level cadres, civil servants and public employees: Provincial Police, Provincial Party Committee Organization Board, Department of Agriculture and Rural Development, Department of Education and Training, Department of Natural Resources and Environment, Department of Culture and Sports, Department of Transport.

- Block of officials, civil servants, and public employees at district, city, and town levels: Dien Chau district, Quy Hop district, Hung Nguyen district, and Nghia Dan district.

- Block of Universities, Colleges, Secondary Schools: Vinh University of Industry, Van Xuan University of Technology, Nghe An University of Electricity.

- High school block: Le Viet Thuat High School, Dien Chau 4 High School, Quynh Luu 2 High School, Quynh Luu 4 High School, Bac Yen Thanh High School, Do Luong 1 High School, Co Do High School, Hoang Mai 1 High School, Hoang Mai 2 High School.

The Organizing Committee also noted that this is an important content and task in the province's administrative reform propaganda work that has been included in the province's 2023 Administrative Reform Program and in the Steering Plan of the Provincial Administrative Reform Steering Committee.

The Organizing Committee requests agencies and units to perform effectively and with high quality. As required, at the end of the competition, the Organizing Committee must have a report on specific results to the Provincial Steering Committee for Administrative Reform and the Provincial People's Committee on units that have performed well and substantially, and units that have not performed well.

Based on the Contest Rules, Dien Chau District is the unit that won the Collective Prize of the second week of the contest with 3,260 participants, with 13,755 entries, of which 5,549 entries answered all the questions correctly (reaching a rate of 40%).

- Individual award:In the second week, 16 contestants won individual prizes according to the competition rules.
