1. Patient NTL, female, born in 1976.Occupation: Wholesale market trader. Address: Nghi Dien Commune, Nghi Loc District. The patient goes to the wholesale market in Vinh City every day to buy fruit and then sells it at the flea market. On August 14, the patient felt tired, had a headache, and had a fever. On August 15, he went to the health center to make a medical declaration and was instructed to quarantine at home. On August 16, the patient went to Nghi Loc District Medical Center for a rapid test with a positive result. The patient was then quarantined and had a sample sent to the CDC. On the afternoon of August 16, the result was confirmed positive for SARS-CoV-2 virus.

2. Patient NNĐ, male, born in 1994.Occupation: Porter at Vinh wholesale market. Address: Xuan Tan, Hung Thinh, Hung Nguyen. The patient is F1 of the previously announced LTTX patient. On August 15, after the LTTX patient tested positive, the NNĐ patient was informed to go to the People's Committee of Hung Thinh commune to take a sample for testing and was quarantined at Hung Thinh commune Kindergarten. On August 16, the patient received a result from Cua Dong General Hospital confirming that he was positive for SARS-CoV-2 virus.

3. Patient HMH, male, born in 1992.Occupation: Porter at Vinh wholesale market. Address: Vinh Tan, Vinh City. On August 14, after discovering that the LTTX patient tested positive for SARS-CoV-2 virus, the patient had his sample taken by Vinh City Medical Center for testing and the result was suspicious. On August 15, the patient's sample was sent to Cua Dong General Hospital for retesting, and on August 16, the result was confirmed positive for SARS-CoV-2 virus.

4. Patient HPĐ, male, born in 1994.Address: Dien Quang Commune, Dien Chau. On August 12, the patient returned from Ho Chi Minh City to Dien Chau District on August 14. Immediately after returning to the locality, the patient was quarantined at Dien Quang Kindergarten and had a pooled sample taken for testing with a suspicious result. On August 15, the patient's sample was taken again and sent to the CDC, and on the morning of August 16, the result was confirmed positive for SARS-CoV-2 virus.

5. Patient D.TT, female, born in 1976.Permanent address: Di An, Binh Duong. Hometown: Bac Thanh Commune, Yen Thanh. On July 31, the patient traveled by motorbike to Yen Thanh district on August 3 and was quarantined at Bac Thanh Commune Kindergarten. On August 4, the patient's first sample was negative, but his son, a TGP patient, had a positive PCR result. After that, the patient and his son were quarantined in a separate area. On August 6, the patient and his son, a TGP patient, were transported by car to Nghe An Field Hospital No. 1. On August 10, the patient showed symptoms of fever (38⁰C), headache, and samples were taken and the results were negative. On August 15, the patient's third sample was sent to CDC, and on August 16, the results were confirmed positive for SARS-CoV-2 virus.

The patient returned to Thanh Chuong district from Thuan An, Binh Duong on August 13. Immediately after returning to the locality, the patient was quarantined at the People's Committee of the old Thanh Hung commune. On August 14, the patient's sample was taken for pooled testing with a suspicious result. On August 15, the patient's sample was taken again and sent to Cua Dong General Hospital, and on August 16, the result was confirmed positive for SARS-CoV-2 virus.

7. Patient NVH, male, born in 1997.Occupation: Worker. Permanent address: Di An, Binh Duong. Hometown: Dai Dong, Thanh Chuong. The patient returned to Thanh Chuong district from Di An, Binh Duong on August 13. Immediately after returning to the locality, the patient was quarantined at the People's Committee of the old Thanh Hung commune. On August 14, the patient's sample was taken for pooled testing with a suspicious result. On August 15, the patient's sample was taken again and sent to Cua Dong General Hospital, and on August 16, the result was confirmed positive for SARS-CoV-2 virus.

8. Patient N.D.H, male, born in 1997.Address: Hamlet 4, Tru Son Commune, Do Luong. On August 10, the patient traveled from An Binh, Di An, Binh Duong to Do Luong district on August 11 and was quarantined at Tru Son Secondary School. On the morning of August 12, the patient's first sample was taken for testing and the result was negative. On August 14, the patient's second pooled sample was taken for testing and the result was suspicious. On August 15, the patient's third sample was taken and sent to Nghe An Obstetrics and Pediatrics Hospital, and on August 16, the result was confirmed positive for SARS-CoV-2 virus.

9. Patient HCT, female, born in 1993.(The patient is 6 months pregnant). Address: Hamlet 3, Tru Son, Do Luong. On August 10, the patient traveled from An Binh, Di An, Binh Duong to Do Luong district on August 11 and was quarantined at Tru Son Secondary School. On August 12, the patient's first sample was taken for testing and the result was negative. On August 14, the patient's second pooled sample was taken for testing and the result was suspicious. On August 15, the patient's third sample was taken for testing, and on August 16, the result was confirmed positive for SARS-CoV-2 virus.

10. Patient VVT, male, born in 1979.Address: Luc Da, Con Cuong. On August 8, the patient returned to Con Cuong from Ho Chi Minh City. Immediately after returning to the locality, the patient was quarantined at the Luc Da Commune Quarantine Area and had samples taken for testing three times. The third time, the sample was sent to Cua Dong General Hospital and the result was confirmed positive for SARS-CoV-2 virus.

11. Patient THH, male, born in 2012.Address: Quynh Thuan, Quynh Luu. The patient is F1 of TPN and HVH; quarantined at Quynh Thuan Kindergarten on July 26. The patient's samples were taken for testing on July 27, July 29, August 4, and August 12, all with negative results. On August 15, the patient's samples were taken and sent to Quang Khoi General Hospital, and on August 16, the results confirmed positive for SARS-CoV-2 virus.

12. Patient NTBP, female, born in 1999.Address: Quynh Yen, Quynh Luu. The patient traveled from Dong Nai to Quynh Luu district on the evening of August 12. Immediately after returning to the locality, the patient was quarantined at Quynh Thanh A Primary School. The patient's sample was taken on August 13 and the result was negative. On August 15, the patient had a fever and was tested rapidly and the result was positive. After that, the patient's sample was taken for RT-PCR testing and sent to Quang Khoi General Hospital, on August 16 the result was confirmed positive for SARS-CoV-2 virus.

Thus, from June 13 to now, the province has recorded535 Covid-19 patients in 19 localities: Quynh Luu: 119, Vinh City: 109, Yen Thanh: 63, Ky Son: 38, Dien Chau: 33, Tuong Duong: 29, Nghi Loc: 23, Hoang Mai: 17, Que Phong: 15, Anh Son: 13, Cua Lo: 11, Nam Dan: 10, Do Luong: 11, Quy Hop: 09, Thanh Chuong: 09, Con Cuong: 08, Tan Ky: 07, Hung Nguyen: 07, Nghia Dan: 04.

Regarding the wholesale market outbreak since August 14, 11 cases have been recorded, including: Vinh City: 07 cases, Nghi Loc: 02 cases, Hoang Mai Town: 01 case, Hung Nguyen: 02 cases... As of 4:00 p.m. on August 16, through screening, there were 4,017 cases related to the wholesale market from July 31 to August 14. Of which, the number of cases in centralized isolation: 283; the number of cases in home isolation: 3,734. The number of cases that have had samples taken for testing: 3,754. 11 positive samples were detected. The remaining 263 cases are undergoing sample taking.
