Assigned to be an exam supervisor, teacher Le Thi Thuy Nga - a teacher at Ha Huy Tap High School said: I have been assigned to be an invigilator for many years at the 10th grade entrance exam, so I always determine that I must work impartially and according to regulations. However, in addition to the responsibilities of an invigilator, I also have to encourage and motivate to create a comfortable mindset for candidates when taking the exam.
Previously, according to the approved quota, Ha Huy Tap High School had 810 quotas for traditional classes. Currently, the school has 9 students admitted directly under the integration program, so it does not affect the school's overall quota. In the past 3 years, the admission scores to the school were 20.05 points (2022), 22.40 points (2023) and 21.20 points (2024), respectively.

This year's exam, Ha Huy Tap High School mobilized 105 people to work as exam invigilators, including 27 people mobilized from secondary school and the Sports Gifted School.
The process of selecting the invigilator team is carried out in accordance with the exam regulations, not assigning teachers of the three subjects Literature - Math - English and not assigning teachers whose children or relatives are taking the exam.
This year our school has 865 candidates taking the exam and the chance for Vinh city students to pass the public school entrance exam is very high, the admission rate up to this point is nearly 94%. Therefore, during the exam, candidates should be calm and confident to achieve the best results.

Down the mountain to compete
This morning, more than 500 candidates taking the 10th grade entrance exam at the provincial Ethnic Minority High School were also present at the exam locations to begin settling down and getting acquainted with the exam locations.

Among the 69 examination councils this year, the provincial Ethnic Boarding School examination council has its own characteristics as students participating in the exam come from mountainous districts across the province, many of whom had to travel nearly 300km to take the exam.
Mr. Lo Van Trung - Minh Tien village, Chau Thon commune, Que Phong district shared: Early this morning, I brought my child to school to gather and follow the school bus to Vinh to take the exam. Although the weather today is very hot, I am very happy to follow my child on this extremely important journey. We all hope that the children will be calm, confident to do well on the exam and get into the school of their dreams.

Accompanying the students, teacher Nguyen Huy Thanh - homeroom teacher of class 9A3 - Que Phong Secondary School for Ethnic Minorities said: Our school has 102 9th grade students and 62 students registered to take the entrance exam to the province's ethnic minority schools.
For the convenience of candidates and their parents and with the criteria of “saving as much as possible”, the school rented 4 cars and arrived 1 month in advance to book hotels and take care of food and accommodation for candidates. Many students have difficult circumstances and do not have family members to accompany them, so teachers will take care of them on behalf of their parents during the exam so that they do not have to worry.

Participating in the 10th grade entrance exam to the province's Ethnic Minority School, many candidates expressed their anxiety and nervousness because this is a difficult exam, with the admission rate to the school only about 50%.
Candidate Luong Hoang Linh - Chau Ly Secondary School (Quy Hop) said: This year, my school has 8 students registering for the entrance exam to the province's ethnic minority school and they are all capable students. Personally, I got 21 points in the most recent mock exam, so I am quite confident, in which I think the best subject is Math. I hope that tomorrow I will do well in Literature because this is the subject I consider my "weakest". I hope the essay exam will be about "youthful ambitions" or discuss the issue of family affection.

This morning, many examination sites have gathered candidates and disseminated the examination regulations. According to the plan, tomorrow, candidates will take the first two subjects, in the morning they will take the Literature exam (120 minutes) in essay format and in the afternoon they will take the Foreign Language exam (60 minutes) in multiple choice format.
