On February 26, news from Gia Vien District Police, Ninh Binh Province said that they had prosecuted Le Thi Nguyet (born in 1974) and Pham Ly Tuong (born in 1996, both residing in Vinh Ninh village, Gia Phuong commune, Gia Vien district) to investigate the act of illegal possession of drugs.

The district police went to the scene to check and discovered a package of drugs weighing 0.60 grams in the TV cabinet. Through investigation, the police identified Le Thi Nguyet (wife of Mr. Dinh Van Dien) and Pham Ly Tuong as the suspects in the incident.
Initially, Nguyet stated that due to emotional conflicts, the couple often argued and fought with each other, so they signed the divorce papers.kiss.
While waiting for the divorce, Nguyet was still resentful towards her husband, so on February 19, Nguyet and Tuong (Nguyet's cousin) bought drugs, brought them to Mr. Dien's house, put them in the TV cabinet, and then called Mr. Dien's son to "accuse" them.
Then, Tuong took Mr. Dien's motorbike to a pawn shop in Ha Nam province and pawned it for 5 million VND.
Currently, Gia Vien District Police are completing the case file to handle according to the provisions of law.
