At 6:30 a.m. on May 23, members of Election Team No. 1 of Le Mao Ward - Vinh City, along with a large number of voters, held a flag-raising ceremony before conducting the election of deputies to the 15th National Assembly and People's Councils at all levels for the 2021-2026 term.

In constituency No. 1 of Le Mao ward, there were 1,486 voters from the Central America and Trung Hoa 1 blocs participating in the vote. Here, hand washing, body temperature measurement, and keeping distance between voters during the election were strictly implemented to prevent the Covid-19 epidemic.
