President Tran Dai Quang, along with many leaders of the Party, State, Vietnam Fatherland Front... and representatives of several provinces and cities participating in the organization of the Hung Kings' death anniversary, such as Hanoi, Thai Binh, Binh Phuoc, Ben Tre, arrived early.
