National Assembly Chairman visits Phan Boi Chau High School for the Gifted

Also accompanying the delegation of the National Assembly Chairman were members of the National Assembly Standing Committee. On the side of Nghe An province, there were comrades: Nguyen Dac Vinh - Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation; Nguyen Xuan Son - Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council; Nguyen Xuan Duong - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; Nguyen Van Thong - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee; comrades in the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee. |
Phan Boi Chau High School for the Gifted currently has 35 classes of 13 specialized blocks, with 1,165 students. For many consecutive years, the school's students have always held the top positions in the country in national excellent student competitions, international and regional Olympic competitions; valedictorians of universities and blocks, and majors.
In the international and regional competitions alone, 44 students won prizes. Phan Boi Chau High School for the Gifted was honored to receive the title of Hero of Labor from the State.

Talking intimately with the team of teachers and students of Phan Boi Chau High School for the Gifted, comrade Nguyen Thi Kim Ngan congratulated and praised the efforts and results that the school has achieved in recent times.
Affirming the long tradition of studiousness and good study of teachers and students of Nghe An, National Assembly Chairwoman Nguyen Thi Kim Ngan hopes that the school will continue to inherit and promote the pride and valuable experiences in teaching and learning over the past 43 years to continue to develop the school to a new height.
And every teacher and student must constantly be creative in teaching and learning, contributing to the tradition of Nghe An's land of learning, the tradition of good teaching and good learning of the school and deserving the title of Labor Hero awarded by the Party and State.

The National Assembly Chairman requested Nghe An province to pay attention to leadership and direction to continue promoting and further enhancing the educational tradition of Phan Boi Chau High School for the Gifted, the educational tradition of Nghe An and the whole country.
The province also needs to pay attention to solving the difficulties of schools under its authority related to the teaching staff as well as strong enough mechanisms and policies to attract good staff and teachers to schools to improve the quality of training. For issues not under its authority, it should make recommendations to the Ministry of Education and Training for resolution.

Congratulating the teachers of Phan Boi Chau High School on the occasion of Vietnamese Teachers' Day, November 201, National Assembly Chairwoman Nguyen Thi Kim Ngan hopes that the staff, teachers, employees and workers of the school need to see and always be proud to work and teach in the school named after Phan Boi Chau - a great cultural figure, an outstanding son of the Vietnamese people, to continue to make efforts for the education and training cause of the homeland and country.
On this occasion, the National Assembly Chairman presented Phan Boi Chau High School for the Gifted with a painting of the Temple of Literature and a set of books about patriot Phan Boi Chau; and presented gifts to teachers and students with outstanding achievements in teaching and learning.
