Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee inspects the aftermath of storm No. 10

In Vinh City, the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee inspected the cleaning work in Ben Thuy Ward and Vinh Market area. According to the report of Vinh City leaders, the locality deployed forces such as police, military, union members, youth and a large number of people to clean up the environment immediately after the storm.

Visiting Nguyen Thi Minh Khai Primary School in Hung Nguyen town, the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee visited the school's teachers to ask about the storm's impact; at the same time, he acknowledged the spirit of the school's collective for promptly taking action this morning (September 16) to clean up the school environment.

The head of Nghe An Provincial People's Committee requested all localities to promptly clean up after the storm to ensure the environment; especially in the current situation of dengue fever, so environmental issues must be given top priority to prevent disease outbreaks.

The Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee emphasized: Each citizen's responsibility must be associated with the neighborhood and the neighborhood to clean up the environment, not waiting for the environmental sanitation teams; thereby demonstrating solidarity and unanimity in building civilized, clean and beautiful blocks, neighborhoods, wards and communes.

Also this morning, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Xuan Duong inspected a high-rise building under construction in Cua Nam ward that had to stop construction due to storm No. 10. Thereby, he directed construction projects to resume construction activities to ensure progress and safety.
