Chairman of the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee congratulates Christmas at Van Thuy Parish

On the evening of December 21, the delegation of the Vietnam Fatherland Front of Nghe An province led by comrade Vo Thi Minh Sinh - Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Nghe An province came to congratulate priest Phan Van Thang and parishioners of Van Thuy parish, Thuan Giang parish, Quynh Hung commune, Quynh Luu district on Christmas 2019.

Comrade Vo Thi Minh Sinh acknowledged the positive contributions of the parishioners of Van Thuy Parish in building solidarity between Catholics and non-Catholics and participating in local patriotic movements, notably the movement to build new rural areas and develop the economy.

The Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Nghe An province expressed his hope that priest Phan Van Thang would continue to care for the spiritual life of parishioners, through concrete actions such as building peaceful parishes and churches, and making more contributions to the development of society.
