Chairman of the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee gives gifts to students and the poor in Ky Son
(Baonghean.vn) - On November 5, the working delegation led by Ms. Vo Thi Minh Sinh, member of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairwoman of the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee, together with representatives of the Department of Transport and the Provincial Association for Promotion of Education presented many gifts to people, schools and poor students in Ky Son district.

The delegation presented many gifts to people, students and schools in the border commune of Keng Du. Here, the delegation visited and presented 70 million VND to the family of Mr. Luong Pho Muong, a poor household in Hat Ta Ven village, to build a "Great Unity" house.
The delegation also visited and presented 100 warm uniforms to students and a drum set to Keng Du 2 Primary School; 1 TV, 1 set of portable speakers, 2 drum sets to Keng Du 1 and Keng Du 2 Primary Schools and 60 sets of dining tables and chairs to Keng Du Ethnic Minority Secondary School. The total value of the gifts was over 60 million VND.

In addition, the Provincial Association for Promotion of Education also awarded 10 scholarships, each worth 500,000 VND, to 10 students in Keng Du commune.
On this occasion, the delegation also attended and shared the great solidarity festival with the people of Huoi Le village, a cultural village of the border commune of Keng Du, Ky Son.
