National target program

For a long time now, I have seen the radio and newspapers often mention the “National Target Programs”. Many people in the village, although they do not understand much, always pretend that they do. The goal of the children in the village when they go to school is to learn to read and write, while the goal of their parents is to find a way to escape poverty and become rich. The goal of the State is all of those things. Of course, to achieve the goal, everyone must make an effort, and for the State, there are programs, policies, projects, etc. to implement.

Thus, it can be seen that ethnic minorities in mountainous areas receive great attention from the Party and the Government. Many people ask: "Does the National Target Program give people money?". Asking like that means people do not understand correctly. The State will use many ways to create an environment and favorable conditions for people to have a better life. That is, investing in building key routes to connect traffic infrastructure; building schools, medical centers, power grid systems; investing in building and perfecting cultural institutions to serve spiritual life...

Thanks to the projects and works under the National Target Program, people are given the opportunity to develop their production, business and family economic capabilities; the quality of life of the people will be better, and the awareness and thinking of the community will also change. If the Government gives money to each person and each household, where will it come from? And even if it does, people will spend it all in a flash, and then poverty will remain poverty and nothing will change.
