I have been working with Mr. Sam for 19 years now. To us, Mr. Sam is like a leader of the channel. Everyone knows about Mr. Sam's knowledge and talent, but as a person, he is very close and sociable with his brothers. Mr. Sam likes everyone, including his son (MC Lai Bac Hai Dang) to call him brother. At work, Mr. Sam is very strict, doing everything to achieve the best results, and outside of work, Mr. Sam often hangs out with everyone. Mr. Sam studies Russian so he sings Russian songs very well.

I have many memories with Mr. Sam because we have been working together for nearly 20 years. There were times when I was busy with this or that, Mr. Sam cared and knew that my spirit was unstable. He called me up to confide like a friend, which made me very touched. At that time, I did not feel that Mr. Sam was a boss who left a deep impression on me no matter how many years passed.

The strongest impression for me now is thinking about Mr. Sam's retirement. 19 years of working together, when I had just graduated until now when I am old, although I have not worked in the department for more than a year, his retirement will cause emptiness and disappointment for many people because they are still used to that working style for the past 20 years. On Tet holiday, we still receive lucky money from Mr. Sam. All those memories will be hard to erase in everyone, no matter how little or much they work.
