Meanwhile, Ms. Mizogami Yoshie from the Japanese IC Net Organization said: In Vietnam in general and Nghe An in particular, the DMO model - destination management organization has not been used. It is necessary to analyze the strengths and weaknesses (SWOT) as well as the opportunities and challenges of Nghe An tourism, from which to build an Action Plan to be implemented over time and have specific results evaluation.
Mr. Ando Katsuhiro - Lecturer from Yamanashi University said: Promotion through social networks is an effective method that Nghe An is implementing, however Nghe An needs to diversify the language in promotion on publications and expand social networking sites with many languages, such as taking advantage of the Japanese language of volunteers from Japan working in Nghe An.
In addition, it is necessary to pay attention to visitors' feedback interactions via social networks, online support or promotion, and to pay attention to the time before, during and after visitors come to Nghe An.
