Ms. Cao Thi Thai shared: "On the afternoon of July 28, while walking along the street in the market area, I picked up a black wallet. When I checked it, I found that it had full identification papers in the name of Luong Van Cuong in Quang Phong commune and more than 12 million VND. I quickly asked someone to post it on Facebook so that the person who lost it would know and come and claim it."
This morning (July 29), Mr. Luong Van Cuong went from Quang Phong to block 8, Kim Son town where Ms. Thai sold meat to get back the wallet and the money.

Mr. Cuong said that the above amount of money is the money he saved from working for hire to cover expenses for his two children preparing for the new school year (one in grade 11, one in grade 12 at Que Phong High School). If he lost that money, it would be extremely difficult for them to start the new school year.
