Strange drug addict enters village, discovered by villagers
(Baonghean.vn) - A strange man with signs of drug addiction entered the area. Upon receiving information, the authorities promptly arrived and checked the subject, confiscating a package of heroin from the man, which the subject said he used to use and sell retail for profit.
On July 5, the Nghi Loc District Police Department announced that it had decided to prosecute the case and prosecute Le Van Ha (born in 1971), residing in Le Chan District, Hai Phong City, for illegal possession of drugs.

Previously, on the evening of June 24, the people of Hamlet 14, Nghi Long Commune (Nghi Loc) discovered a strange man with signs of drug addiction entering the area. Upon receiving the report, the working group of the Criminal Investigation Team on Economic and Drug Crimes of Nghi Loc District Police promptly arrived and checked the subject.
Here, the authorities seized a package of heroin weighing 2.5 grams from the man. The subject stated his name was Le Van Ha, residing in Le Chan district, Hai Phong city, and was addicted to drugs. The subject used and sold these drugs for profit.
