On the afternoon of April 10, we received information from the public that three people were making alcohol guns at Lang Van Thanh's house in Yen Lom village, Chau Quang commune.

Quy Hop District Police have established a working group to inspect the house of Thanh. During the inspection and search at the house, Quy Hop District Police discovered and caught red-handed 3 subjects, Lang Van Thanh (born in 1993), Lang Van Hieu (born in 1987) and Sam Van Quang (born in 1987), all residing in Yen Luom village, Chau Quang commune, illegally manufacturing and using homemade guns.

Searching the residence, the authorities seized a homemade alcohol gun, some tools and materials used to make guns. Checking the water table of the suspect's house, Quy Hop police also seized a package of heroin weighing 0.95g.

While the police were making a report at the scene, the suspects fought back and struggled with the police to escape. During the scuffle, Sam Van Quang quickly escaped.

Through investigation, Lang Van Thanh confessed that he bought the heroin because he was addicted. He researched how to make guns on the internet, and bought tools to produce alcohol guns...

The case is currently being investigated by Quy Hop district police.
