Police investigate the case of a watermelon garden about to be harvested being vandalized in Dien Chau
(Baonghean.vn) - Mr. Ton went to check his family's watermelon garden and discovered many broken watermelons scattered throughout the garden, causing damage of about 250 kg of watermelons, estimated at 1.3 million VND.
On the morning of July 4, 2022, Dien Ky Commune Police, Dien Chau District received a complaint from Mr. Phan Van Ton (born in 1956), residing in Village 2, Dien Ky Commune, about his family being robbed by a thief.vandalism.

Specifically, his family has a watermelon garden of about 20 square meters in the melon garden in village 2, Dien Ky commune, Dien Chau district, which is ready for harvest.
At around 1:00 p.m. on July 3, 2022, Mr. Ton went to the garden to check and discovered that two of his melon beds had been vandalized by thieves. Many watermelons were broken and scattered throughout the garden, causing damage to about 250 kg of melons, estimated at about 1.3 million VND.

Currently, Dien Ky Commune Police are completing the documents and verifying according to regulations.
It is known that his family's circumstances are very difficult. He and his wife have been working hard in the rain and sun for the past 3 months to prepare for harvest when the above incident happened.
