Nghe An police arrest a case of transporting 2 tigers
(Baonghean.vn) - Tuan (residing in Que Phong district (Nghe An) was on the way to transport 2 tigers for sale when he was arrested by the police.
On March 25, a source from the Environmental Police Department (PC05, Nghe An Provincial Police) said that they had just broken up a case and arrested a subject for illegally buying, selling, and transporting wild animals.

After a period of investigation, at 7:00 p.m. on March 21, in the area of National Highway 48, Thai Hoa town, the working group of Team 4 (Environmental Police Department) caught Lo Van Tuan (born in 1990, residing in Chau Thon commune, Que Phong district) in the act of transporting the bodies of two dead tiger cubs.
The total weight of the two tigers was nearly 1.7 kg. According to investigators, at the time of his arrest, Tuan was transporting goods from the plains to the mountains to sell to partners.
