Nghe An Police: Instructing people to contribute ideas to the draft amendments and supplements to the 2013 Constitution on the VneID application
To promote the people's mastery, mobilize intelligence, enthusiasm and create consensus and unity in the whole society for amending and supplementing the 2013 Constitution, Nghe An Provincial Police deployed instructions for people to participate in contributing opinions through the VNeID level 2 electronic identification application.

When the National Assembly announced the draft resolutionConstitutional AmendmentTo collect public opinions, the entire draft content has been updated on the VneID application. The 08 amendments to the Constitution this time are also clearly defined for readers to search and research conveniently. Collecting opinions through the VNeID application not only helps save time and costs, but also maximizes the people's mastery in building and perfecting the Constitution.
Implementing the Ministry of Public Security's Plan on organizing the collection of public opinions on the draft amendments and supplements to the 2013 Constitution, Nghe An Provincial Police sent a document to departments, branches and localities in Nghe An province on organizing for people to give opinions on the draft amendments and supplements to the 2013 Constitution via VNeID.
Accordingly, Nghe An Police requested that units thoroughly disseminate to all party members, cadres, civil servants, public employees, and people in the area in charge... to contribute opinions on the draft amendments and supplements to the 2013 Constitution, with priority given to implementation via the VNeID application - a technology platform deployed by the Ministry of Public Security.
Nghe An police have recorded that on the VNeID application, there have been more than 10,000 comments from people, most of whom basically agree with the draft.

Nghe An Police are mobilizing maximum human resources and equipment to ensure the system operates smoothly, organize the reception, and fully and accurately synthesize all comments from the People until May 29, 2025 - without leaving any comments behind.
This activity not only aims to perfect the Constitution in a scientific and practical direction, but also is an opportunity to mobilize the intelligence and enthusiasm of all classes of people, organizations, experts and scientists at home and abroad. Thereby, affirming the role of the people in the process of building a socialist rule-of-law state of Vietnam, creating consensus and unity in the whole society with new points in the draft Constitution.
The application of digital technology to collect public opinions is not only a strong step forward in administrative reform, but also demonstrates the determination to build an e-Government, serving the people effectively and practically, in line with the spirit of "People know, people discuss, people do, people check, people supervise and people benefit".
To provide comments on the draft amendments and supplements to the 2013 Constitution via the VNeID application using a level 2 electronic identification account, people follow these steps:
Step 1. Log in to VNeID application or visit websitehttps://vneid.gov.vnwith an active level 2 identity account.
Step 2.Select the utility "Get public opinion on the content of the 2013 Constitution amendment".
Step 3.Read the Draft, study the revised and supplemented content.
Step 4.Enter your comments and submit information to the system.
The Ministry of Public Security will synthesize comments and send them to the Ministry of Justice to develop the Government's General Report.

In addition, people can give their opinions directly at the National Assembly and Government's electronic information portals or send their opinions in writing to competent authorities responsible for synthesizing people's opinions.
