The subject was identified as Phan Cong Cuong (born in 1976), with permanent residence in Nghi Dien commune, Nghi Loc district, Nghe An province.

After committing the crime, the suspect used a silver-black-white Wave motorbike with license plate number 37K1-915.93 to leave the scene.
