Police hunt for 'scrap dealer'

After committing the crime, the man collecting scrap metal fled the scene and is being sought.

The suspect is a middle-aged man (photo), about 45 years old, about 1.7 m tall; black skin, black hair, bald forehead, large tattoo on the back.

This person's name is Tru (Chu), also known as Chanh (Thanh), is of Chinese origin, lives a vagrant life, and uses a small tricycle to collect scrap metal.

Mr. Tru often appears and sleeps in districts 5, 6, 8 and 11, especially under the bridge on Vo Van Kiet street, Nhat Tao market, Binh Tien market, Cho Lon bus station, District 8 bus station, Ho Chi Minh City.

District 10 police call on Mr. Tru to come to the nearest police station to receive clemency from the state.
