Commune police rescue people whose boat capsized and was stuck in floodwaters
These are cases where people were promptly discovered and rescued by the police of Thien Nhan commune and Bach Ha commune.
Accordingly, in the early morning of September 29, Mr. Dinh Cong Lan (born in 1966) and Mr. Dinh Van Tu (born in 1992), both residing in Hung Nguyen Nam commune, Nghe An, were unfortunately capsized by waves while anchoring their boat on Lam river to avoid the storm. Although they were lucky to reach a nearby sandbank, the two people were trapped and could not reach the shore.

Immediately after receiving the news, Thien Nhan Commune Police immediately deployed forces to Lam River in Phu Xuan hamlet, deployed rescue plans, coordinated with local people to approach 2 trapped people, rescued them from the dangerous area and brought them safely to shore.
Then, at around 11:15 a.m. the same day, while assisting people in overcoming the consequences of storm No. 10, the police discovered Nguyen Dinh Ty (born in 1977), residing in Tru Son 6 hamlet, Bach Ha commune, stuck in the middle of floodwaters in the Tru Sa bridge area. The situation occurred in complicated weather conditions, with prolonged heavy rain causing the water to rise and flow rapidly, potentially endangering life.

Immediately after discovering the incident, Bach Ha Commune Police quickly deployed forces, coordinated with the Rescue Team of the Fire Prevention and Fighting Police Department and Rescue of the Provincial Police to approach the scene. After many efforts to overcome the raging floodwaters, the Police force approached and brought the victim safely to shore.
