According to Decision No. 39 dated January 8, 2021 of the People's Committee of Nghe An province on approving the detailed construction planning at a scale of 1/500 of the urban area west of Tan Ky town, this urban area is built on the land of Ky Son commune, with a total area of ​​15.7 hectares, a population of about 1,200 people. Surrounding it are residential areas in hamlet 3 to the North and South, a 35m wide planned road to the East, and agricultural land to the West.
