Announcing the planning of Hoang Mai town's coastal tourist area

(Baonghean.vn) - On the morning of December 14, Hoang Mai town held a ceremony to announce the project to adjust and expand the detailed planning of Hoang Mai coastal tourist area.

The project to adjust and expand the detailed construction planning at a scale of 1/2000 of Hoang Mai beach tourist area was approved by the Provincial People's Committee in Decision No. 5279 dated November 2, 2017, with a total planning land area of ​​over 440 hectares, located in Quynh Lien commune, Quynh Phuong ward and Quynh Lap commune.

The structure includes 6 functional areas: tourist service area, square, beach area, spiritual tourism area, residential area, green area. It is planned as an eco-tourism resort with many service, tourism and resort functions to serve the needs of entertainment, recreation, relaxation, and cultural and historical learning of the local people, as well as attracting people from neighboring areas and tourists from all over.

Along with the announcement and management of the planning, the town will synchronously deploy solutions such as propaganda to attract investors, build a traffic infrastructure system... to serve the implementation of the Hoang Mai sea planning.
