Comrade Le Duc Cuong - Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Internal Affairs Committee presented the Decision on transfer and appointment of Deputy Head of the Nghe An Provincial Party Committee's Internal Affairs Committee.

At the ceremony, comrade Le Duc Cuong - Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Internal Affairs Committee presented Decision No. 3218 - QD/TU dated October 29, 2019 of the Provincial Party Committee's Standing Committee on the transfer and appointment of comrade Ho Xuan Bay - Deputy Chief of the Provincial People's Committee Office and Head of the Provincial Citizen Reception Committee to work at the Provincial Party Committee's Internal Affairs Committee and hold the position of Deputy Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Internal Affairs Committee.
