Announcement of personnel decisions of the Central Party Secretariat

At the ceremony, after the representative of the Central Organizing Committee announced the decision of the Secretariat on personnel work, comrade Le Thanh Quang, member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of Khanh Hoa Provincial Party Committee, presented the decision to comrade Nguyen Duy Bac.

Accordingly, the Secretariat decided that comrade Nguyen Duy Bac, member of the Provincial Party Committee, Vice Chairman of the Khanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee, ceased to participate in the Khanh Hoa Provincial Party Executive Committee for the 2015-2020 term; transferred and appointed comrade Nguyen Duy Bac to hold the position of Deputy Director of the Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics.

Speaking at the ceremony, Comrade Le Thanh Quang, Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of Khanh Hoa Provincial Party Committee, said that during his transfer, Comrade Nguyen Duy Bac, as Vice Chairman of Khanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee, has always fulfilled his assigned tasks well and made many contributions to the development of Khanh Hoa province. Comrade Le Thanh Quang hopes that the practical experience accumulated during his transfer in the locality will help Comrade Nguyen Duy Bac in his next working journey in his new position.

Speaking at the ceremony to accept the new assignment, comrade Nguyen Duy Bac promised to continue to strive to practice and study to improve his capacity and qualities to best complete the assigned tasks.

Comrade Nguyen Duy Bac was born in 1965, from Bac Ninh; professional qualifications: Associate Professor of Cultural Studies, Doctor of Literature; former Head of the Department of Organization and Personnel of the Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics. He was transferred by the Central Committee to work in Khanh Hoa province since 2014. From April 2014 to present, Comrade Nguyen Duy Bac has held the position of Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Khanh Hoa province.

* Regarding local personnel work, on March 16, the working delegation of the Central Organizing Committee had a working session with the Party Executive Committee of Hau Giang province to announce the decision of the Central Party Secretariat on personnel work.

Accordingly, the Secretariat decided that Party Committee member and Deputy Minister of Justice Le Tien Chau would cease to participate in the Party Committee of the Ministry of Justice, and would be transferred and appointed to participate in the Executive Committee and Standing Committee, holding the position of Deputy Secretary of the Hau Giang Provincial Party Committee for the 2015-2020 term. At the same time, comrade Le Tien Chau was introduced to the Hau Giang Provincial People's Council to elect him as Chairman of the Hau Giang Provincial People's Committee for the 2016-2021 term./.
