Leaders of the Ministry of Transport, Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee, Dak Nong Provincial People's Committee,... have just handed over decisions on personnel work.

Dak Nong:On the afternoon of November 27, the Chairman of the Dak Nong Provincial People's Committee presented the decision to appoint Mr. Le Cong Truong, Deputy Head of the Provincial Forest Protection Department, to the position of Head of the Forest Protection Department; Mr. Trinh Anh, Chief Accountant, Head of the Office, Finance, Accounting Department, Dak Nong Development Investment Fund, was transferred and appointed to the position of Deputy Director of Dak Nong Development Investment Fund; Mr. Nguyen Tien Son, Deputy Director of the Department of Industry and Trade, was assigned to concurrently hold the position of Head of the Market Management Department.

HCMC:On November 27, Vice Chairwoman of Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee Nguyen Thi Thu handed over personnel decisions to a number of departments and branches.

Accordingly, Ms. Nguyen Thi Thu presented the decision to appoint former Deputy Head of the Military Region 7 Art Troupe Nguyen Thi Thanh Thuy to the position of Deputy Director of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Ho Chi Minh City. The term of office is 5 years.

At the same time, Vice Chairwoman of the Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee Nguyen Thi Thu presented retirement decisions to the following officials: Le Hoai Trung, Permanent Deputy Director of the Department of Home Affairs; Nguyen Tien Dat, Deputy Director of the Department of Education and Training; Nguyen Thi Lien, Deputy Director of the Department of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs. The official retirement date is December 1, 2017.

* On the same day (November 27), Ho Chi Minh City People's Court held a ceremony to award decisions to appoint judges to 28 men and women.

Specifically, the appointment of intermediate judges includes: Mr. Nguyen Minh Hoang (District 2 People's Court), Mr. Vu Van Le (Nha Be District People's Court), Ms. Le Thi Hoang Hoa (District 10 People's Court), Ms. Le Thi Tuyet (Binh Tan District People's Court), Ms. Tran Thi Thanh Truc (Tan Phu District People's Court).

At the same time, 22 officials who are secretaries of the People's Courts of districts 1, 2, 6, 7, 9, 12, Phu Nhuan, Tan Binh and Nha Be district were appointed to hold the position of primary judges.

Ministry of Transport:Deputy Minister of Transport Nguyen Van Cong has just presented Decision No. 3235/QD-BGTVT of the Minister of Transport on the transfer and appointment of Mr. Do Duc Tien, Deputy Director of the Vietnam Maritime Administration, to the position of Deputy Director of the Department of Enterprise Management. At the end of the closed discussion, 100% of the Da Nang People's Council delegates approved the proposal to dismiss Mr. Nguyen Xuan Anh from the position of Chairman of the City People's Council, City People's Council delegate for the 9th term of 2016 - 2021.

It is known that there is currently no personnel to elect the position of Chairman of the People's Council of Da Nang City to replace Mr. Nguyen Xuan Anh because the entire Standing Committee of the Da Nang City Party Committee for the 2015-2020 term is currently under disciplinary warning according to the conclusion of the Central Inspection Committee.
