On November 26, 2020, the Standing Committee of Nghe An Provincial Party Committee issued Decision No. 36 - QD/TU to transfer comrade Le Van Giap - Member of the Provincial Party Executive Committee, Deputy Secretary of the District Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Committee of Que Phong district to work at the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Commission and assume the position of Deputy Chairman of the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Commission for the 2020 - 2025 term.

Previously, at the 1st Conference of the 19th Nghe An Provincial Party Executive Committee, term 2020 - 2025, comrade Le Van Giap was elected as a member of the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Commission. On October 18, 2020, at the 1st Conference of the 2020 - 2025 term, the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Commission elected comrade Le Van Giap as Deputy Chairman of the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Commission.

On October 29, 2020, the Central Party Secretariat issued Decision No. 2439 - QDNS/TW approving the Nghe An Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Commission for the 2020 - 2025 term, consisting of 12 comrades, approving the Chairman of the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Commission and 3 Vice Chairmen of the Nghe An Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Commission, including comrade Le Van Giap approved as a member of the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Commission and Vice Chairman of the Nghe An Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Commission.

At the ceremony, comrade Nguyen Van Thong - Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee presented the Decision of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee; gave a congratulatory speech and assigned tasks to comrade Le Van Giap.

The new Deputy Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Commission worked and matured from the Provincial Inspectorate, then was transferred to become a key leader of the mountainous district of Que Phong.

The Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee assessed that with the positions he has held, Comrade Le Van Giap has accumulated a lot of working experience; especially during his time as Deputy Secretary of the District Party Committee and Chairman of the People's Committee of Que Phong District, he has won the trust of the cadres and ethnic people of the district. These are very valuable foundations and necessary conditions for Comrade Le Van Giap when taking on the new position.

The field of Party inspection work has many new contents and new methods, therefore, comrade Nguyen Van Thong suggested that the new Deputy Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Commission continue to promote the sense of responsibility, experience, and personal values ​​that he has demonstrated in the past time; at the same time, quickly approach the new work to well perform the tasks assigned, entrusted, and expected by the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee.

In particular, the Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee reminded Comrade Le Van Giap to continue to build and train the mettle of cadres doing Party inspection work, which is to be proficient in professional skills; demonstrate determination in the fight against violations of Party discipline and State laws; demonstrate a resolute attitude, clear right and wrong, frankness and honesty in work.

Besides, the new Deputy Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Commission needs to continue to train himself, the moral qualities of a cadre, party member, leader and manager; and the qualifications and style of a person doing Party work.

The Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee also requested that the leaders of the Inspection Commission and the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Commission continue to promote the spirit of solidarity, collaboration, and sharing to help Comrade Le Van Giap quickly approach and best complete the task. This is also a solution to contribute to the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Commission effectively performing its functions and tasks of advising the Party Committee and exercising its powers according to the Party Charter.

Speaking at the ceremony to accept the assignment, comrade Le Van Giap - Deputy Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Commission affirmed that he will strive and continuously study to improve his qualifications, cultivate moral qualities, strictly implement the principles of Party organization and activities, especially the principles of democratic centralism, self-criticism and criticism, and strictly implement Party discipline and order.

Along with that, further promote the sense of responsibility, strictly comply with the Working Regulations of the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Commission, the Operating Regulations of the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Commission as well as the organization's assignment; together with the leaders of the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Commission, build a united collective to best fulfill the tasks prescribed by the Party's Charter, as well as the tasks assigned by the Standing Committee and the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee.

Also at the ceremony, the new Vice Chairman of the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Commission expressed his gratitude and respect to the Party Committee, government and people of all ethnic groups in Que Phong district for always caring, creating favorable conditions, helping and encouraging him during his years of working in the district.

Comrade Le Van Giap, born on June 20, 1971, hometown Nghi Thinh commune, Nghi Loc district, Nghe An; has professional qualifications of Master of Economic Management, Bachelor of Law, and Advanced Political Theory.
