According to the bulletin of the National Center for Hydro-Meteorological Forecasting, the flood on the Ca River in Nghe An is currently rising. The peak flood level of the Ca River has reached alert level 2 and is likely to continue to rise. Due to the influence of the strengthened continental high pressure tongue, combined with the northern edge of the low pressure trough with an axis at about 14 - 17 degrees North latitude; Above, the subtropical high pressure is active and encroaching to the West, so in Nghe An, the sky is cloudy, with scattered moderate rain, heavy rain, and some places with especially heavy rain and thunderstorms.
