On the morning of August 16, Nghe An Civil Servants' Trade Union held a conference to disseminate the Action Program to implement the Resolution of the 5th Congress of Nghe An Civil Servants' Trade Union, term 2023-2028; Quickly report the results of the 19th Congress of Nghe An Provincial Trade Union, term 2023-2028 and Notice No. 920-TB/TU dated May 31, 2023 of the Provincial Party Committee.
Attending the conference were representatives of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee of the Agencies of Nghe An province, the Labor Federation of Nghe An province and the team of trade union officials of the Executive Committee of the grassroots trade unions.
At the conference, comrade Chu Ba Long - Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the blocprovincial agenciesthoroughly grasped Notice No. 920-TB/TU dated May 31, 2023 on the conclusion of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee at the Dialogue Conference with department-level managers and experts in 2023.
Accordingly, there are many important contents in the Action Program to implement the Resolution of the 19th Provincial Party Congress; Resolution No. 39-NQ/TW dated July 18, 2023 of the Central Party Executive Committee on building and developing Nghe An province to 2030, with a vision to 2045.

Accordingly, with 14 targets at the congress, the Executive Committee of Nghe An Civil Servants' Trade Union has built an action program consisting of 11 contents.
Typical examples include the plan to build a mechanism to mobilize union members to contribute to the fund to build houses for the poor and people with housing difficulties according to Directive 21 of the Provincial Party Committee; Resolution on implementing well the role and responsibility of trade union organizations in implementing democracy in agencies and units; Plan to build agencies and units that meet cultural standards; Resolution on enhancing the role and responsibility of union members in participating in administrative reform in a practical and clear manner, focusing on digital transformation; Project on building a mechanism to support cadres, civil servants and public employees with special difficulties, especially civil servants and workers working directly and working at the site...
