As the architectural design unit for the SunBay Park Hotel & Resort Phan Rang Project (SunBay Park) invested by Crystal Bay Group and its partners, NDA architects spent nearly a year researching and absorbing the culture of craft villages, dances, and people of Ninh Thuan, thereby forming the design idea of ​​SunBay Park. The complex consists of 3 towers simulating the shape of a fan, reminiscent of the graceful and soft dance of the Apsara dancer.

“We offer design solutions based on listening, from tourism goals to community values, the desire to contribute to the locality as well as Vietnam tourism that the Crystal Bay investor is aiming for,” said Mr. Emmanuel Delarue, General Director of NDA.

The Cham cultural imprint is also shown from the decorative motifs in the rooms to the motifs in the restaurants. NDA architects studied the direction of sunlight to create patterns projected on the walls according to different angles of the sunlight. It is a different cultural experience, allowing visitors to truly live in the cultural space of the place they visit.

Not stopping there, atNinh Chu(Ninh Thuan), from the rare position of a cape shaped like a ship's bow extending out to the sea, PPd architects have created the Sailing Bay Ninh Chu Project in the shape of a sail in full wind, the new symbol of the Ninh Chu national tourist area (Ninh Thuan).
