At around 1:45 p.m. on March 4, a working group of Traffic Police Team No. 14 led by Major Pham Minh Quan, while on duty at the Giai Phong - Nguyen Huu Tho intersection, discovered a young man running after a woman riding a motorbike, shouting "robbery" as he ran.

During the on-site struggle, the female subject confessed that she was Luong Quynh Trang (born in 1989, registered residence in Kham Thien, Dong Da district, Hanoi). A few minutes earlier, Trang pretended to borrow a phone from a young man standing on Giai Phong street with the excuse of calling a relative.
When the young man trusted her and lent her Samsung Galaxy A70 phone to the subject, Trang immediately took it and jumped on her motorbike and ran away. When she ran to the Giai Phong - Nguyen Huu Tho intersection, Trang was discovered and stopped by the Traffic Police Team No. 14.
Receiving the property returned by the traffic police, Mr. Huynh Quang Nhat Thao in Binh Thuan expressed his emotion and gratitude to the traffic police for their timely support.
The case was handed over to the authorities for further investigation.
