90 year old man seriously ill had to ride motorbike to escape flood
(Baonghean.vn) - Upon receiving information that Ban Ve Hydropower Plant was releasing floodwaters at full capacity, causing the river water to rise, leading to the risk of flooding, people in low-lying areas along the Lam River in Anh Son District were prepared to respond. For now, the elderly and weak were moved to a safe place by their families.
