At the conference, many voters of Cua Lo town raised concerns when tuition fees began to increase. Accordingly, tuition fees in the area for the 3 levels of preschool, middle school and high school for the 2022-2023 school year are 300,000 VND/student/month.
Ms. Pham Thi Ha, a voter from Nghi Hoa ward, said that the current tuition increase has a large gap between the ward and the commune; especially for the ward, the increase from 90,000 VND to 300,000 VND/month for each student is too high. The female voter suggested studying the increase according to a roadmap and balancing the difference between the ward and the commune.

Sharing the same opinion, Mr. Hoang Ngoc Quy, a voter of Nghi Tan ward, said that, applying the new regulations of the province, the tuition fee this school year has increased compared to previous school years and is expected to continue to increase in the following years.
Mr. Quy said that in the past 2 years, the Covid-19 epidemic has negatively affected people's lives and incomes, so in order to "relax the people", increasing tuition fees at this time needs to be studied appropriately, and can even be considered for exemption or reduction for people.
This is also an issue that many voters suggested that delegates take up and convey to competent authorities for consideration to reduce difficulties for people, especially families with many children going to school.

While Cua Lo town is actively implementing the clearance of kiosks on the East side of Binh Minh Street to build an increasingly beautiful town, a 6-year-long project is also blocking the road, and it is worth mentioning that the progress is not as committed. Therefore, the Vice Chairman of Nghi Thuy Ward People's Council requested that National Assembly delegates have strong opinions to handle this project.
In addition, many voters also raised issues such as the request to strengthen the protection of citizens when working abroad, especially in the recent past when many workers in Cambodia were locked up and beaten by their employers; and solutions to stabilize commodity prices in the context of gasoline prices having decreased but prices of other goods not decreasing.
Voters also raised proposals related to research on increasing allowances for block, hamlet and village cadres; shortcomings in Nghi Tan fishing port infrastructure causing difficulties for fishermen's boats to enter and exit, as well as vehicles to purchase seafood; compensation and site clearance work in the area;...
