Voters in the communes reflected, shared their thoughts and made recommendations to the National Assembly deputies on practical issues related to daily life and the socio-economic development process. Voter Thai Doan Luc, Lien Son hamlet (Bai Son) said that the Song Lam Cement Factory built in the area has been put into operation, bringing socio-economic efficiency to the locality.
However, this is accompanied by smoke and dust causing air pollution, wastewater causing dam pollution, making farming and production difficult. In addition, blasting and quarrying cause noise, cracks in house walls, and affect people's health.
At the same time, this voter also said that traffic accidents have increased, and security and order are unstable. Therefore, all levels, sectors and factories need to soon have solutions to limit environmental pollution, ensure health and create conditions for people to live and work in peace.
Coming from Lac Son hamlet (Bai Son), voter Nguyen Quoc Duong is concerned that recently, university graduates have had difficulty finding jobs, the number of unemployed is increasing, affecting the development of society.
Therefore, the State needs to develop an education and training strategy associated with the use of human resources to avoid wasting human resources. In addition, the streamlining of the State apparatus is not yet effective and needs to be implemented more drastically; the issuance of land use rights certificates is still delayed.
Many other voters of Bai Son commune shared the same recommendation that the State should pay more attention to remote areas in investing in building infrastructure, promoting socio-economic development such as upgrading traffic routes, building irrigation dams, and welfare and civil works.

Voter Le Thi Minh - President of the Women's Union of Giang Son Dong commune proposed that it is necessary to invest in building irrigation works to serve agricultural production, have an operating mechanism, and adjust the price of raw wood so that people can feel secure with the forest planting profession.
In particular, Ms. Minh recommended that the State should study and increase the allowance level for cadres of commune-level unions and village and hamlet cadres to maintain and develop the movement.
