Starting from the 2022 Lunar New Year, this year, the "Warm Winter Coat" Program of Song Lam Cement Joint Stock Company continues to be implemented before the 2023 Lunar New Year and aims to support poor students in the border district of Ky Son (Nghe An).

To implement this program, Song Lam Cement Joint Stock Company coordinated with Nghe An Newspaper to connect with the Education sector, survey destinations and organize the transportation of gifts to give directly to students at schools.

On December 17, a delegation from Song Lam Cement Joint Stock Company visited the Ta Ca Primary and Secondary Boarding School for Ethnic Minorities (Ky Son), a school with a large number of students who suffered heavy losses due to flash floods and landslides in early October. Here, the company presented over 200 warm uniforms, 20 cartons of milk, and school supplies such as pens, books, and notebooks to the students. The company also presented a large-screen TV and boarding supplies to the school.

In Nam Can commune (Ky Son), the delegation visited and presented 2 televisions, warm clothes, books, pens, milk, and candy to Nam Can 2 Primary School and Nam Can 1 Primary School. Song Lam Cement Joint Stock Company also presented 10 million VND to support Nam Can 2 Primary School with additional funds for professional activities.

To share and support schools that suffered heavy damage due to flash floods and landslides in Chieu Luu commune, Ky Son district, on December 18, Song Lam Cement Joint Stock Company came to present many gifts to Primary Schools 1 and 2 in Chieu Luu commune. The company also visited and presented supplies and toys to Chieu Luu 2 Kindergarten.

More than 1,350 gifts were given to students in schools in Ky Son district, including: warm clothes, woolen hats, books, school supplies, milk, and candy. The total value of the gifts given was nearly 300 million VND.

These are gifts donated by leaders and employees of Song Lam Cement Joint Stock Company with their monthly salaries, to share with students and schools that suffered heavy damage due to natural disasters in the mountainous district of Ky Son.

On this occasion, the delegation of Song Lam Cement Joint Stock Company also visited and presented a large screen TV and many gifts to officers and soldiers of Nam Can International Border Gate Border Guard Station who are on duty day and night to guard the border.
