Voters of Anh Son district proposed many issues related to administrative unit arrangement.

On the afternoon of April 11, National Assembly deputies: Hoang Minh Hieu - Standing member of the National Assembly's Committee for Law; Tran Nhat Minh - Member of the National Assembly's Committee for Law, full-time National Assembly deputy of the National Assembly delegation of Nghe An province had a meeting with voters of Anh Son district before the 9th session of the 15th National Assembly.

Also attending were representatives of the Departments of Home Affairs, Health, Agriculture and Environment; and representatives of Anh Son district leaders.

At the meeting, delegate Tran Nhat Minh informed voters about the expected content and program of the 9th Session of the 15th National Assembly.

Expressing their thoughts and aspirations to the National Assembly delegates, at the conference, there were 18 opinions from Anh Son district voters making recommendations to the National Assembly delegates on many fields.

Voters of Anh Son district expressed their trust, welcome and support for the Party's correct policy on reorganizing the political system in the direction of "Refined - Compact - Strong - Effective - Efficient - Effective" and expected the success of this revolution so that the country can increasingly develop and integrate.

Voter Dang Sy Tam, Linh Son commune expressed his concern: After the merger, the commune's area and population will be very large, causing difficulties in managing local authorities at the commune level. The ability of people to apply information technology, especially in rural areas, is still limited, so there will be many difficulties in carrying out administrative transactions through public services. Therefore, voters recommend that the merger be reasonable and in accordance with the direction of the Party Central Committee.

Voters proposed that the Party and State need to have a roadmap to streamline the payroll and gradually perfect the apparatus at least 5 years after the merger, and at the same time hope that the arrangement and use of cadres in the new apparatus must be objective, with recognition and assessment of cadres with prestige and practical capacity.

At the same time, voters proposed the arrangement and handling of headquarters and public assets after the arrangement of district and commune-level administrative units; the handling of the number of redundant cadres and civil servants after the arrangement. They requested the Provincial People's Council to have a policy to adequately support civil servants and part-time cadres when they are forced to quit their jobs.

Regarding the traffic sector, voters of Anh Son district reported that currently, National Highway 7A has a very high volume of cars, especially heavy trucks, passenger cars... but the road has now degraded, with many potholes, the road is very narrow, only enough for 2 car lanes, leading to danger for road users, many serious accidents have occurred due to the narrow and degraded road, especially the section passing through Linh Son commune, Anh Son district. Voters proposed that the State upgrade National Highway 7A from Nghe An to Laos, the section passing through Linh Son commune in particular and Anh Son district, Nghe An province in general.

Regarding the traffic sector, voter Nguyen Van Tri of Kim Nhan town, Anh Son reported the traffic accident situation in the area. He requested that relevant agencies and levels should have signs to alert people participating in traffic, minimizing the unfortunate traffic accidents that occur.

Currently, Provincial Road 534 is a route serving to connect communes on the left bank of the Lam River with a large volume of vehicles, especially heavy-duty vehicles, but the road has now seriously degraded, leading to danger for road users. We propose that the National Assembly and the Government pay attention to allocating funding to upgrade and maintain Provincial Road 534 through Anh Son district.

Voters asked the leaders of Anh Son district and Nghe An province to direct and urge the contractor to speed up the construction of the remaining part of the riverside rescue road to facilitate people's travel.

In addition, voters of Anh Son district suggested that the State should continue to study the removal of cumbersome notarization procedures, improve the quality of public services to resolve administrative procedures for the people, ensure convenience, speed, timeliness and efficiency; the issue of granting land use right certificates, environmental pollution issues, policies for people with revolutionary contributions, etc.

Voters' opinions and recommendations were received and responded to by representatives of leaders of departments, branches, and Anh Son district, National Assembly deputies of Nghe An province, on matters within their authority.

At the same time, the National Assembly delegation will synthesize other opinions and recommendations of voters to submit to the Government, the National Assembly and relevant levels and sectors for consideration and settlement in accordance with legal provisions to ensure the legitimate rights and interests of voters.
