Voters petition to reclaim Quy Chau Forestry land to build a Kindergarten
(Baonghean.vn) - Voters of Chau Hoi commune, Quy Chau district petitioned the authorities to reclaim the football field and 1/5 workshop of the Forestry Department to have land to build a kindergarten.
The relevant authorities responded to this issue as follows:
On October 28, 2016, Song Hieu Agricultural Forestry One Member Co., Ltd. issued Document No. 536/CV-CTY regarding the recovery of football field land and workshop 1/5 of Quy Chau Forestry Farm to build a kindergarten with the following specific contents:
- Regarding the soccer field land: Quy Chau Forestry Farm has been using the soccer field since 1961, but from 1988 to present, Quy Chau Forestry Farm - Song Hieu Agricultural Forestry One Member Co., Ltd. has not managed it, but Lam Hoi villagers - Chau Hoi commune have used it as a place for recreation and sports activities. In 2012, the inventory and assets process was approved by the Provincial People's Committee in Decision No. 3833/QD-UBND-TM, showing that the above area is not under the management of the forestry farm.

- Regarding the 1/5 factory land: Quy Chau Forestry Enterprise - Song Hieu Agricultural Forestry One Member Co., Ltd. proposed to keep 234.81 m2 for housing for workers of Quy Chau Forestry Enterprise, and the remaining area of Quy Chau Forestry Enterprise requested to return the land.
Therefore, to completely resolve the request of voters of Chau Hoi commune, Quy Chau district, the Department of Natural Resources and Environment has issued a document requesting the People's Committee of Quy Chau district to coordinate with Quy Chau Forestry Farm - Song Hieu Agricultural Forestry One Member Co., Ltd. and direct the People's Committee of Chau Hoi commune to base on the 2013 Land Law and documents implementing the Law to prepare a dossier to request land recovery in accordance with regulations.
