Voter Tran Thi Cuc, Van Dien commune (Nam Dan), reflected the current situation that some labor export companies send workers to work abroad but after a period of time there is no job and income for the workers. Another problem is that the income level of legal workers abroad and illegal workers has a large difference (illegal workers have higher income so the situation of going abroad is very common). Request the Department of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs to pay attention to this opinion and find solutions.

Also mentioning the issue of labor export, voter Nguyen Van Hung, block 5, Hung Nguyen town, requested the Department of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs to have a solution to force illegal workers abroad to return home, creating conditions for workers at home to have the opportunity to export labor.

Regarding the fields of natural resources and environment, voter Nguyen Thi Thanh, Tien Thanh hamlet, Chi Khe commune (Con Cuong) reported that the People's Committee of Chi Khe commune granted residential land and agricultural land to the wrong subjects. It is requested that competent authorities inspect and handle the matter. Voter Ho Dien Thang, hamlet 5, Quynh Luong commune (Quynh Luu) reported that the People's Committee of Quynh Luong commune leased land in protective forests and production land to enterprises, affecting Quy Linh temple - a place for spiritual activities of the people.

The issue of construction investment was reflected by voter Nguyen Cong Tien, block 12, Hong Son ward (Vinh city) that households in block 12, Hong Son ward are implementing project 109 of the Provincial People's Committee on eliminating old apartment buildings in the city but are expected to contribute nearly 40 million/household to build infrastructure (including: roads, drainage ditches, electricity system, clean water...). Propose that the Provincial People's Committee support funding to reduce the contribution of the people.

Voter Dinh Viet Hung, Hamlet 2, Nghi Phu (Vinh City) requested the Provincial People's Committee to consider the responsibility of Vinaconex 9 Company towards customers in not completing procedures to grant certificates of land use rights and house ownership rights; collecting electricity and water bills higher than the State's regulations....
